Trip Payment
Pay Your Trip Fee
Please make sure you read these points before paying your trip deposit:
1. Have you filled out and submitted your Trip Registration Form and paid your deposit? If not, please fill one out. If you have, please make sure that the trip coordinator has received it and responded with a confirmation that the trip is indeed scheduled as listed before you pay your deposit.
2. If YOU cancel your trip for any reason, your trip deposit is non-refundable. Visit the tour information page about your specific tour to see our cancellation policy. Please note that if WE cancel the trip for any reason, we will repay all tour fees and deposits in full.
3. Please make sure you use this page to pay your trip payment NOT any portion of your fundraising. If you want to learn more about the fundraising portion of your fee, visit our Fundraising 101 page.
4. Your trip fee is due in full 4 weeks before the trip start date. To avoid the hassle of making two payments, those who are signing up just before for a tour might want to pay their trip payment in full upon signup.
We now accept credit card payments online with PayPal. On this page you can click on the “Trip Payment” button to pay the full tour fee or your remaining balance. You can also pay your $200 trip deposit (if you have not done so during the trip registration) to reserve a spot on one of our PEPY adventures.
To pay by US check, please send your check with your tour name written in the memo line to the address below and also send an email to info@pepytours.com to let us know that the check is on its way. (We can only accept US checks at this time.)
